Common questions
Do I need an account or an internet connection? No account, ever. Raff works offline; the internet is only needed to take a card payment or download the assistant.
Where is my data? On your device, and backed up to your own iCloud so it follows your other Apple devices. There is no Raff server — see the privacy policy.
Can I get my data out? Yes — CSV files or one JSON backup, from Settings › Data.
Which countries and currencies? Raff works anywhere, in your own currency, in English or Arabic. Saudi shops get ZATCA-style simplified tax invoices; other markets get a plain tax invoice.
